A new water recirculation pump for the pool has been installed. Water temp may take a few days to get back to normal temperature.

To all owners at Snow Mountain Farms,

Unfortunately our water recirculation pump for the pool broke and needs to be replaced. We are working on getting a replacement pump ASAP!

The clubhouse will remain open for use however the pool temperature will be cold until the pump is replaced!

While most houses in the neighborhood have over head utility cables some properties like the clubhouse have underground utility cables!

Anytime you plan to dig give 811 a call and they’ll come mark out utility company owned cables to your house for free within 72 hours.

The tennis court net was put up and the pickle ball nets are now out for the 2026 season!

To all owners at Snow Mountain Farms:

The pool heater and boiler have been replaced at the clubhouse .

The clubhouse is now open for normal hours 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

To All Snow Mountain Farms Owners,

We would like to inform all owners that the Pool building will be closed on Wednesday, February 25 and Thursday, February 26, 2026, so that the plumbers can replace the pool heater and the boiler.

As soon as they are done on Thursday, February 26th, we will send another email out stating that the pool building will be open until the normal scheduled closing time of 9:00pm.
