A huge THANK YOU to the 40 kids from Wapello, Columbus Junction, Louisa-Muscatine, Muscatine, Morning Sun, Durant, and even Houston, Texas who attended the 5th Annual Commit to the W Wapello Basketball Camp!
We hope everyone had a great time learning the game, competing, improving their skills, and having fun. Seeing so many young athletes in the gym is what makes this camp so special, and we can't wait to do it again next summer!
A special thank you goes out to our Wapello High School boys and girls basketball players and the Wapello Girls Basketball coaching staff for volunteering your time and helping make this camp a success. Your energy, leadership, and willingness to give back made a lasting impact on all of the campers.
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Sara Ealey for her generous sponsorship, which helped provide every camper with a camp T-shirt. Your support and commitment to our youth made this year's camp even more special, and we are incredibly grateful for your generosity.
We hope to see everyone back in the stands this winter cheering on the Wapello Basketball program!
