Meet Gary Gundy. Gary is a husband, father of three, and firefighter.

Gary has one of the most demanding jobs there is. Running into burning buildings takes a different kind of conditioning, and Gary decided it was time to make sure his body was ready for whatever the job threw at him.

Three months ago we started with a simple plan. Daily movement, protein with every meal and snack, and a little time each week planning ahead.

The result?
โฌ‡๏ธ 17 lbs | 5% body fat | 7.75 inches
โฌ†๏ธ Consistency, energy, and endurance

But the numbers only tell part of the story. Gary is waking up without that sluggish feeling. He has more energy and endurance at work and in the gym. And somewhere along the way, his wife and the guys at the fire department started following his example and cleaning up their own nutrition too.

That is what we call influence.

It does not take a perfect plan. It takes a simple one done consistently. If Gary can do it with his schedule, so can you.

This Memorial Day, we honor our heroes the CrossFit Influence way. Murph is happening Monday, May 25th and we want to see you there.

Heats begin promptly at:
โฐ 6:30AM
โฐ 7:30AM
โฐ 8:30AM

There will be a sign up sheet at the gym with heat times listed!
Arrive early to warm up.

This workout can be done:
โœ… Solo (scaled or RX)
โœ… Partnered (split the reps)
โœ… With movement or rep modifications

Not sure how to approach it? Talk with a coach prior to the event. We are here to help you find the right game plan.

Congrats to our April Influenced Club Members!

April was a great month. Busy schedules, spring chaos, and life happening all around and you all showed up anyway. Early mornings, afternoon grind, and everything in between. That consistency is what separates those who talk about it from those who do it.
