Our V2 clam knife is here! Some updated features include a shorter and thiner blade, and a higher quality stainless steel. We strive to make the best products on the market and we think everyone will really notice the Jetsam difference! We are proud to stack our clam knife against any other. As always our handles are made from recycled plastics and we donate a portion of the funds to local cleanup efforts!

Our V2 Oyster Knives are available for preorder! The second iteration of our popular knife has the same look and feel you’ve come to love, but now a made with a higher quality steel. You spoke and we listened, we increased the steel quality and adjusted our heat treating methods to make a stronger blade for those stubborn oysters! Orders have started shipping now, with the bulk of all orders shipping in early April 2026

This past weekend Jetsam & savethegreatsouthbay collaborated on a creek clean up of Hedges Creek in East Patchogue NY. In just a short amount of time we were able to remove over 500lbs of garbage! This included general litter, tires, roof shingles, and more. Creeks on the south shore of Long Island feed into the bay and usual bring our litter with it. The Creek Defender program aim is to stop this litter before it gets into our bay and ocean. We also took part in taming invasive species of plant life like English ivy and Bittersweet. Thank you for all the volunteers who participated and we look forward to our next cleanup together!
