Gananda Youth Football and Cheerleading Official GYFCL Facebook. We promote sportsmanship, problem solving, accountability and perseverance. The two Cheerleading squads compete separately.

Gananda and East Rochester merged for Youth Football in 2018. Gananda and East Rochester are part of the the FLYFCL.com organization. FOOTBALL:
Flag: 5-to-8 year old's in Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grades
C Team: 8-to-10 year old's in 3rd & 4th Grades
B-Team: 10-to-12 year old's in 5th & 6th Grades
* Grade shall take precedent over age where a player is eligible on more than one level. Player leagu

e age is based on the age as of December 1st of the current year. No player is eligible under 5 years old unless entering Kindergarten and must turn 5 years old before December 1st. CHEERLEADING:

We are so excited to announce that after much planning and many, many discussions we are finally getting new uniforms for the 2026 season 🤩

With that being said, our cheer registration will be opening and closing earlier than usually so we can plan accordingly. We will not be accepting any cheerleading registrations after 3/13.
