Pop Up Cardio Sculpt Class tomorrow (Friday) at 9:30am at Big Foot Rec Center in Walworth! This is a one hour cardio class taught by Jenna. Good time to try a class and get your spring/summer fitness routine started!
Bring water. Everything else provided (weights & mats & the FUN)
