It seems this old world is getting worse and more dangerous every day. Sometimes I don't even want to turn on the news to see what's going on. But I know God is in control.
If you want your children to learn self defense and learn how to defend themselves - we have a great children's program to help with that. We teach them respect and discipline. How to fight and how not to fight.

We also have adult classes available. We have several adult instructors who also have children in our program.

I’m gauging interest in offering a 1-day practical self-defense class at our MMA school. The focus would be on awareness, avoiding danger, creating space, easy moves that work in most situations, and getting away safely. This would be especially geared toward women who want simple, realistic skills to feel more prepared and confident, but men are absolutely welcome too.

No experience needed. We will do a small warmup stretch to start, and then move into learning the basics from there. Goal is to learn easy moves that you can remember in panic situations.

If this is something you or someone you care about would be interested in, comment or message me so I can start planning a date. Thinking a Saturday or Friday night in June, but if weekday works better for most of you, our school is free every night except Tuesday & Thursdays (our normal class nights). If there is a specific day or time that works best please leave it in your comment, and I will see what I can do.

Planning on charging just $10 so we can keep it affordable as possible for anyone wanting to attend. If cost is an issue just message William McCardle Directly and we can talk about it.
