Upcoming HYROX Classes!

We recently announced our Road to HYROX Boston event happening on Sunday, September 20th at our Cambridge location, TILT at EF! (Signup link in bio!)

As we build towards the event, we’re adding several HYROX Classes throughout September at TILT Waltham and TILT Sudbury. These classes are a great opportunity to get more exposure to the HYROX-style movements, build your engine, and get some extra race-specific training in!

Our CrossFit TILT Kids Fitness classes are packed with energy, games, and strength training designed to help fit your kids needs!

From relay races and obstacle courses every class is designed to keep kids moving, smiling, and having fun!

Sudbury Kids Fitness:
Grades 1st & 2nd: Mondays @3:45-4:30 PM
Grades 3rd, 4th, 5th: Wednesdays @3:45-4:30 PM
Grades 6th, 7th, 8th: Tuesday & Thursdays @5:30-6:30pm.
