Thursdays 7-9pm

Both days we meet in Linsey MPR3 (the mat room).

We have our first practice of the semester tonight from 6-8 in Linsey MPR 3!

If you don’t know where that is, our president Zoe will be waiting in the main Gosman entrance until 6:05 to lead the way.

Don’t forget to wear long pants, bring a water bottle, and be prepared to take off your shoes!

Brandeis Tae Kwon Do Fall 2018 Practice

[Time]:
Tuesdays 7-8PM, Thursdays 7-9PM, starting from TONIGHT

[Location]:
Linsey MPR3 (it’s on the second floor if you enter the entrance next to the swimming pool). If you don’t know, just come to the Gosman main entrance and we’ll have someone pick you up

[Content]:
cardio, strength and conditioning, poomsae (forms), sparring, drills, self-defense, kicking and punching techniques, board breaking, etc.

[Master]:
Master Theodat, 8th Dan black belt from Elite Taekwondo, who has been teaching at Brandeis for 20+ years

[Other notes]:
No experience needed. Beginners are welcome to join. No fees for class. No uniform needed, just wear sports clothes. Shoes off when you enter the mat room. We suggest you bring your own water bottle.

OUR FIRST PRACTICE IS TONIGHT!!!!! Meet us inside the entrance to Gosman 10 minutes before class, which will start at 9pm, and go until 10:30!!! Can't wait to see you there!!!!!

Hi everybody!! Welcome to taekwondo club! This free club holds weekly practices in the Mat Room (MPR3) in the Linsey/ Gosman Gym. No experience is required, though we are also equipped to help more advanced students improve. Practices are taught by Master Jean Theodat, who is an 8th degree black belt and the head of Elite Tae Kwon Do in Dover, MA. Master Theodat has taught at Brandeis for multiple decades, and is extremely skilled in the art and sport of taekwondo. We look forward to meeting you!
