Hello everyone,
As you may have read in the news, the numbers of COVID-19 cases in Massachusetts are rising as more people are tested. While the state of Massachusetts continues to believe that the risk of transmission in our state is low, we know that community spread is occurring in various parts of the United States, with six states already declaring a state of emergency. Though there have not been any reported cases at Brandeis, the university has been doing its best and taken actions to keep everyone safe during this special time. In response to the current situation, Brandeis University has officially announced that starting from today, March 10th, on and off Brandeis campus events are required to be postponed or canceled. In response to the school policy and make sure that everyone stays safe, the 2020 Shamrock Shoot is officially canceled. For those who have registered for Shamrock, we will start processing refunds later this week and send out more information if needed. At the same time, if there is any question or concern, please feel free to reach out to Brandeis Archery Club through Facebook, Instagram, GoogleSite, or contact our coach E.G. LeBre at [email protected]. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope everyone is staying healthy. We look forward to seeing you next year!
Best,
Brandeis Archery Club
