Selena Ramirez Drives In 4 To Lead Walnut Ridge Varsity Bobcats Softball Past Manila

Selena Ramirez drove in four runs on one hit to lead Walnut Ridge Varsity Bobcats Softball past Manila 11-0 on Tuesday. In the seventh inning, Ramirez hit a grand slam to left field.

Ashtyn Bradley threw seven innings innings on the way to a shutout. The starting pitcher struck out 10.

Walnut Ridge Varsity Bobcats Softball were the first to get on the board in the fourth when Kinzlee Schutzius singled, scoring one run.

Cohn started the game for Manila. The pitcher gave up 10 hits and four runs over six innings, striking out four and walking one.

2 Pitchers Team Up As Walnut Ridge Varsity Bobcats Shut Out Manila Varsity Lions

Walnut Ridge Varsity Bobcats defeated Manila Varsity Lions 6-0 on Tuesday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Jagger Brady and TJ Owens each pitched for Walnut Ridge Varsity Bobcats in the game. Brady induced a groundout from Jamysen Deeds to get the last out.

Jace Blake collected three hits in four at bats in the win. Blake singled in the sixth inning, singled in the first inning, and singled in the third inning.

Walnut Ridge Varsity Bobcats got on the board in the first inning after Trevor Augustine hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run.

Walnut Ridge Varsity Bobcats added one run in the second after Brady grounded out.

Walnut Ridge Varsity Bobcats added one run in the third after Jace Dulaney singled down the left field line.
