Slowed things down and gave the body some attention today.

We focused on simple movement, better posture, and breathing, and worked out with some of the mental fatigue with some meditation. Nothing extreme, just the stuff most people skip and end up needing the most.

This is the kind of work that keeps you moving well, feeling good, and staying consistent long term.

Struggling to get into plank? Start on hands and knees, tuck your toes, and lift those knees up!

Small adjustment, big difference.

Here’s a quick core activation exercise you can do anywhere - sitting or standing.

1. Sit tall
2. Take a deep breath in
3. Slowly breathe all the air out while pulling your belly button in toward your spine
4. Hold that tight core for a moment, and repeat

Try 3–10 reps throughout the day.

This simple exercise helps build the mind-muscle connection with your core so it actually engages when you move, exercise, and go about your day. Stronger core, better support for your whole body.
