Slowed things down and gave the body some attention today.
We focused on simple movement, better posture, and breathing, and worked out with some of the mental fatigue with some meditation. Nothing extreme, just the stuff most people skip and end up needing the most.
This is the kind of work that keeps you moving well, feeling good, and staying consistent long term.
