NEW! Yoga for Scoliosis now also via Zoom:

In our classes for people with Scoliosis (sideways curve of the spine), we work on lengthening the spine and strengthening supporting muscles in the back and legs. We will also realign posture and find the body's center when standing in daily life and practicing yoga poses.

Yoga for Scoliosis - classes in Walnut Creek and Danville:

In our classes for people with Scoliosis (sideways curve of the spine), we work on lengthening the spine and strengthening supporting muscles in the back and legs. We will also realign posture and find the body's center when standing in daily life and practicing yoga poses.

Exciting News! We will add a second Yoga for Scoliosis class, starting Jan 9, 2020 at the Danville Yoga and Wellness Center every Thursday 9:30-10:45am.

If you have a sideways curve in your spine and wonder why after Yoga your back hurts even more, come and join us for a yoga class that’s especially designed for people with Scoliosis working with their particular curve pattern.
