WCLL Select Fall Baseball
Hey Everyone, September and fall season really snuck up on us! Apologies for the delay in Select baseball notification, but better late than never!
You have probably seen our previous emails promoting . We highly encourage most families to consider this option when it comes to fall baseball options here in Walnut Creek.
In addition, WCLL will be running some limited Select baseball for a few core age groups and we wanted to share those details below.
Use the Little League 2026 Age Chart and add one year to get the 2027 league age we will use for fall Select baseball (i.e. a “league age 9” for spring 2026 will be a “league age 10” for fall 2026 baseball), so please reference these ages for your player when reviewing the options below:

7-8 two-hour practices mid-September through mid-November with potential additional scrimmage/tournament play that may come at an additional cost. These practice dates/time vary by age as follows.

Each age group is likely to cap around 20-24 players, so these age-based cohorts will be small, overall, for tailored baseball instruction with limited space.
No sandlot scrimmages for this fall season, though we may bring them back next year.
The $120 program cost covers a hat, jersey, and program expenses.
