age the mares & foals from birth to 3 years of age. Blue Chip is one of the finest nurseries for raising young stock and offers an economical & comprehensive solution for properly raising young sport horses for owners, breeders & riders who are actively showing, traveling or lack the space and staff for pursuing their breeding goals. Several top riders & breeders currently take advantage of BCF’s reproductive, boarding and rehabilitation services. Our own Blue Chip Bloodstock division has had great success at BCF with breeding & raising young sport horse stock; rehabilitation services for our top grand prix horses; as well as success utilizing BCF embryo transfer expertise with superstar “Sapphire”. BCF provides a seasoned staff of 30 including a full time veterinarian and foaling manager. Blue Chip Farms has been a top breeder of Standardbreds since 1969 producing 45 World Champions and over 1,000 Stakes Winners. The farm is comprised of over 700 acres of rolling hills and centrally located in the tri-state region in Wallkill, NY only 50 miles north of Manhattan. BCF has several long time clients that utilize the farm and its services for boarding, foaling and breeding including several top sport horse owners.
