The BBL Championship date is set for September 12-13th. This will be a 2 day tournament and it will be held on the Angelina River. The 15 finishing teams listed below have all qaulified. If you are on the list please confirm you are fishing by August 15th.

I also want to congratulate our AOY team on one outstanding year! Congrats to Steven & Lupe Nieto!

The winner of our championship will have the honor of representing the BBL in the Bass Team Trail championship in December 2026.

The entry fee will be $180 and will payout 1 in 5 which will pay 3 spots with 15 teams. Also a $20 big bass sidepot biggest bass over two days takes all. This is a per person side pot.

No Offlimit period

The boat ramp is located about 10 miles outside of Jasper in Bevelport.

The Sabine was fishing tough this Saturday with the recent heavy rains but out BBL teams were able to locate some! Congrats to Matthew Pogue and Michael Grimes for getting the win with a 5 fish limit of 7.46 lbs.

Big bass went to Lupe Nieto with a 3.86 lbs bass

Big Red went to Chris Diberardino with a 3.10 lbs red
