We’re beyond psyched to officially announce that Tony Chio is our new Head Setter at both Rock Spot Climbing: Wallingford and Rock Spot Climbing: New Haven! 🎉
Tony has been a cornerstone of our climbing community for years, consistently setting creative, challenging, and incredibly fun routes that climbers of all levels have enjoyed. His passion, experience, and dedication to the craft make him the perfect person to lead the setting teams at both gyms.

We couldn’t be more excited to see what he has in store. Congratulations, Tony, we’re stoked to have you leading the way! 💪🧗

After years of being a staple as a Head Setter, we’re wishing Bryce Viola farewell as he begins an exciting new chapter!

It’s hard to put into words the impact you’ve had on Rock Spot Climbing: Wallingford and Rock Spot Climbing: New Haven not just on the company, but on every person you’ve met along the way!

We are forever grateful for the hard work, dedication, and passion you’ve brought to the team, as well as the friendships, connections, and stellar routes you’ve created for all of us!
