The biggest problem in today’s youth baseball is the lack of instruction and true knowledge of the game.
Team practices turn into taking 100+ reps of the same ground balls for over an hour with no change.
Practices get cut short, game like situations never experienced. The tiny details in between the little things get forgotten, and true baseball IQ is nonexistent.
Organizations then, inadvertently force parents to pay more money for 1 on 1 work with a guy that never has seen their kid in a game.
So we’re gonna switch it up.
The way we do it on this team, Coach Tyler’s Sting Baseball - 10U team, Coach TJ’s teams, and the rest of the Sting Baseball Organization is just like if we were your high school coach.
If you want to work extra, then we’re available for you.
Want to come early every day and hit before practice? 1 on 1 with your head coach… let’s do it.
Need extra work taking a certain ground ball, working on your throw downs to 2nd, developing a slider or change up, or even if you just need to talk about life?
We’re there. No complaints. No excuses.
None of this $60 to $100 for an hours worth of work.
Because that’s what a coach, or a teacher of the game, does. They make time for you because you matter.
