“I am down 82 lbs in 8 months (I had VSG August 2025) but the best part is all of my labs are officially normal — no more pre-diabetes and hypothyroidism🙌🏼

I love coming to Bold Fitness because it really does feel like a community— it doesn’t matter our background, fitness level or age we all come together for a sole purpose of moving our bodies and getting fit. When I come I don’t feel like anyone is judging me for having to sometimes modify a move to fit my ability. I never thought I would incorporate fitness into my lifestyle but here we are!”
