Hello Friends! Good news! We will still have class on Saturday morning while Rachel is out of town on the 18th and 25th
Emma will be teaching on the 18th and we are super excited to have Courtney Little teaching on the 25th! She teaches a wonderful slow flow that ends with a cool aromatherapy towel. (You may have even taken a class from her at Silver Mountain) We hope to see you there!

As we continue working to better utilize our space, we want to share an update about our yoga offerings.

We will be phasing out yoga classes, with the final day of classes scheduled for October 1st. Classes will continue throughout the summer, giving everyone plenty of time to use any remaining punch cards.

In the meantime, there will be a slight tapering of the schedule. Thursday evening yoga will be removed starting in May. However, Monday evening yoga and both Saturday and Sunday morning classes will continue through the summer as usual.

We’re so grateful for everyone who has been part of our yoga community and hope you’ll continue to join us over the coming months. We have great things in store so stay tuned 💛
