The Pilates method develops strong core musculature, flexibility and balance which are crucial to support the work done by extremities, to move effectively and to prevent injury. Although we focus on strengthening the core, I provide full body workouts as we do so, developing long lean muscles. I am a Pilates mat and Pilates equipment instructor certified through The Pilates Certification Center and Balanced Body University; personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and certified Core Barre, Yoga, Zumba and TRX Suspension Training instructor.
