Your Pilates Pro Premier Personal Training My studio is fully equipped with Pilates Reformers, Cadillac, Chairs & TRX Suspension units.

It is located in Walkertown, NC which is convenient to Winston-Salem, Walkertown, Belews Creek, Rural Hall, Oak Ridge and Kernersville, NC areas. Whether your fitness goals are to improve posture, increase muscle tone and flexibility, enhance sports performance, lose/gain weight, rehabilitate, prevent injury or relieve chronic pain, I will customize your program to fit your goals. I provide Pilate

s based training combined with traditional and cutting edge physical training. The Pilates method develops strong core musculature, flexibility and balance which are crucial to support the work done by extremities, to move effectively and to prevent injury. Although we focus on strengthening the core, I provide full body workouts as we do so, developing long lean muscles. I am a Pilates mat and Pilates equipment instructor certified through The Pilates Certification Center and Balanced Body University; personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and certified Core Barre, Yoga, Zumba and TRX Suspension Training instructor.
