ABOUT AIKIDO Aikido is a Japanese martial art emphasizing personal growth and empowerment. While aikido improves ones physical self-defense ability, the main n nature. There is no competition in aikido. People practice together in mutual cooperation to learn the movements.
ABOUT BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU Jiu-jitsu is a grappling art that is very practical for self-defense and is great for developing overall athleticism. Children will learn take downs and wrestling techniques from the ground. These classes are a real confidence builder tempered with our usual emphasize on acting with responsibility.
