“Before today’s game, the team would like to share that we are wearing red ribbons in support of Brooke’s mom and to raise awareness for myelodysplastic syndrome. We play today to show our love, strength, and support for her and everyone affected by this disease.

This season each home game we will wear colored ribbons for different cause(s) that have affected our players one way or another. We play to raise awareness and support those facing battles beyond the field. As another “why” on what helps motivate us to leave everything on the field.
Today, the Lions are wearing brown ribbons in support of colon cancer and colorectal cancer.

Thank you for joining us in recognizing these important causes.

This season each home game we will wear colored ribbons for different cause(s) that have affected our players one way or another. We play to raise awareness and support those facing battles beyond the field. As another “why” on what helps motivate us to leave everything on the field.
Today, the Lions are wearing blue and yellow ribbons. Blue stands for diabetes and Angelman syndrome, and yellow represents su***de prevention.
