Y’all!!!! I have found the best bone broth everrrr!!! I have tried several but none come close to
I find bone broths hard to swallow but this one is by far the best tasting one! You can use as a soup base, put it in gravies, but my favorite thing is that the taste isn’t so overpowering that I can enjoy it in my morning chai tea!
If you don’t use bone broth, here are some benefits as to why you should:
1- Contains so many vitamins and minerals! Highly nutritious for you!
2- Benefits digestive health
3- Helps fight inflammation
4- Helps improve joint health
5- Helps improve sleep and brain function
6- Weight-loss friendly…. Low in calories, high in protein which helps improve appetite control, increase weight loss, and helps maintain lean muscle mass

Day 8 of my quarantine being Covid positive..... Had to share to remind you that MINDSET MATTERS!!! Don’t get me wrong, this virus isn’t nice and being healthy and active prior to getting it definitely helps.... I slept almost nonstop the first few days, was completely exhausted, my body was exhausted and ached, lost my taste and smell, and I’m still getting winded really easy... but I’m so grateful to be able to get up and move like this again! Even when life gets hard, you’re going through personal ish, or you’re getting over a virus... KNOW that you CAN do it! The mind is the most powerful muscle you can train! 😉 Just believe it, and achieve it!! 💪🏼💪🏼

A lion will never have to tell you he’s a lion. Remember your purpose and never lose sight of your goals or dreams. Make your passion your priority. Remember.... life is short and you don’t need anyone’s permission, approval, or support to be successful. Sure, it’s nice to have it but you won’t always get it. Don’t let that stop you!! You can’t please everyone and that’s okay. Lack of support usually stems from their insecurities, their lack of understanding, or sometimes plain jealousy. Some don’t want to see you succeed.... others want you to do well, just not better than them.... REMEMBER THAT.
