Monday-Thursday Classes: 5am, Noon, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm
Friday: 5am, Noon, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9am
Saturday: 8am(open gym) and 9am (class)

Then I stopped chasing chaos and started building with intention.
Still train hard — but now it’s calculated.

He has a bachelors degree in kinesiology/exercise science.
He trained & worked for Coach Gayle Hatch and ran one of his training facilities along the Gulf coast.
He has trained thousands of athletes from Pass Christian all the way to Ocean Springs, Ms.
