🍂 NOVEMBER AT ASPEN RIDGE 🦃

You’ve been asking, and we’re excited to finally make it happen!

We’re opening November 2026 hunt dates at Aspen Ridge Outfitting at Elsaan.

📅 Highlighted dates are unavailable. All other November dates are available for booking.

Our regular hunting season runs December through March, so these November dates offer a special opportunity to get in the field a little earlier and experience Aspen Ridge on the Elsaan farm in the heart of fall.

We also have lodging available, making it easy to turn your hunt into a relaxing getaway.

Whether you’re planning some R&R with friends, starting a new family tradition the upland way, or simply looking to get your dogs in the field a little sooner, we’d love to have you!

We had quite the weekend at Aspen Ridge Outfitting! 🇺🇸🐾

We had the honor of hosting the 2026 Nationals for the American Water Spaniel Club, and it was such a fun weekend from start to finish!

Aspen learned how to make brats the Wisconsin way — boiled in beer and then grilled — and we even got our first experience retrieving with ducks! 🦆

We enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people who are just as passionate about the upland sport, hunting, and dog training as we are. We loved having everyone here and watching the dogs and their handlers enjoy the farm!

On the hospitality side, it was a full house — two days of catered hot lunches, a big Saturday night BBQ, and a private wine tasting with Elsaan Winery.🍷

We’re so thankful for our friends Katie and Logan for helping with dinner service and the tastings, and especially for our incredible staff, Aden and Rose, whose hard work, dedication, and attention to detail helped make the entire weekend possible. We truly couldn’t have done it without all of you!

Breven and Dean have been working hard all summer getting the farm ready, and we were so excited to have the judges stay in our Hollyberry Cabin, which sleeps up to 10! 🏡

We really love sharing this place with people and are excited to continue working with AKC clubs for hunting trials, while also opening the farm up for other events.

Corporate events, family gatherings, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, club events — whatever it may be, we’d love to host you!

If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxed place to gather, eat, celebrate, or just enjoy some time together, reach out to us! We’d love to share Aspen Ridge with you. 🤎

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at the Open Season Sportsman’s Expo in Columbus, OH— we truly enjoyed meeting so many great people and talking all things upland hunting.

We had an incredible turnout for our Aspen Ridge Sportsman Drawing – Show Edition, and we’re excited to announce the winner of our Half-Day Guided Field Hunt for Two (8 Pheasant Package) for the 2026–2027 season…
