Happy Summer Solstice and International Day of Yoga.
Today we celebrate the light of the season and the practice of yoga that helps us connect more deeply to ourselves and the world around us. The summer solstice reminds us to pause, appreciate the abundance of this moment, and welcome the possibilities of the season ahead.
There is plenty happening this week at Yoga 4 All. Along with our full schedule of yoga, Pilates, strength, and meditation classes, we have a few special offerings to share.
Creative Kids Yoga is back for the summer with two opportunities to join us this week:
Wednesday and Saturday at 10:30 am
For ages 2½–8 with an adult
Filled with movement, imagination, games, stories, and lots of giggles, this class is a favorite for little yogis and their grownups.
We are also excited to begin our Introduction to iRest® Yoga Nidra six week series this Wednesday at 12:30 pm. iRest is a guided meditation practice that supports deep rest, resilience, and inner wellbeing. Join us in person, live online, or through the recordings if your schedule doesn't allow you to attend live.
Whether you're looking to build strength, improve balance, reduce stress, or simply take an hour for yourself, we would love to practice with you this week.

I'm excited to be offering a six week iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Series beginning June 24.
For me, iRest has become a practice of slowing down, listening inwardly, and learning to meet life as it is, both the joyful moments and the challenging ones. Through guided meditation, we explore deep rest, self inquiry, and the possibility of living with greater ease, awareness, and intention.
Over the six weeks, we will explore the 10 steps of iRest, moving through the body, breath, emotions, thoughts, joy, and awareness itself. Each session offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the practice while discovering the peace and wellbeing that are always available within.
This series is open to everyone, whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice. Join us in studio, live online, or through recordings.
Wednesdays
June 24 through August 5
(No class July 22)
12:30–1:30 pm
Cost: $48
Recordings will be available to all participants through September 15.

Here’s what’s happening this week at Yoga 4 All.
Summer is here, bringing longer days and more opportunities to enjoy the things you love. Whether you're tending your garden, taking long walks, traveling, golfing, biking, chasing grandchildren, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the patio, it feels good to move through summer with strength, ease, and energy.
Our yoga, Pilates, strength, and meditation classes are designed to help you do just that. Build strength, improve balance and mobility, reduce stress, and support your overall wellbeing so you can enjoy all that summer has to offer.
And we're excited to welcome our youngest yogis back to the studio. Creative Kids Yoga begins for the summer on Wednesday, June 17, from 10:30–11:30 am. This playful class is filled with movement, imagination, music, games, and plenty of giggles.
Take some time for yourself this week. Your body, mind, and spirit will thank you.

Summer is here, bringing longer days and more opportunities to enjoy the things we love. Whether you're walking the dog, working in the garden, traveling, golfing, biking, playing with your kids or grandkids, or simply spending more time outdoors, feeling strong, balanced, and energized makes every activity more enjoyable.
Our yoga, Pilates, strength, and meditation classes are designed to help you move well and feel well. By building strength, improving balance and mobility, and calming the nervous system, these practices support you both on and off the mat.
