Happy Summer Solstice and International Day of Yoga.
Today we celebrate the light of the season and the practice of yoga that helps us connect more deeply to ourselves and the world around us. The summer solstice reminds us to pause, appreciate the abundance of this moment, and welcome the possibilities of the season ahead.
There is plenty happening this week at Yoga 4 All. Along with our full schedule of yoga, Pilates, strength, and meditation classes, we have a few special offerings to share.
Creative Kids Yoga is back for the summer with two opportunities to join us this week:
Wednesday and Saturday at 10:30 am
For ages 2½–8 with an adult
Filled with movement, imagination, games, stories, and lots of giggles, this class is a favorite for little yogis and their grownups.
We are also excited to begin our Introduction to iRest® Yoga Nidra six week series this Wednesday at 12:30 pm. iRest is a guided meditation practice that supports deep rest, resilience, and inner wellbeing. Join us in person, live online, or through the recordings if your schedule doesn't allow you to attend live.
Whether you're looking to build strength, improve balance, reduce stress, or simply take an hour for yourself, we would love to practice with you this week.
