Our Strength Training Boot Camp at Yoga 4 All starts tomorrow! 💪🔥

Remember to join me Mondays and Wednesdays this January for a strength training boot camp at Yoga 4 All ! For each class we will start out with stretching, then move to bodyweight strength exercises. Our focus is to move mindfully and push ourselves in a healthy way. After each class you should feel energized and ready to take on the day!

Full house today for Energy Flow Yoga at Yoga 4 All ! We got good and sweaty while it was pouring rain outside. I love our community!

Last night we had a great start to our bi-weekly practice at Yoga 4 All ! We did meditation using mala beads, worked some deep long-held poses, and wound down for the evening.

While I was in Minneapolis this past week I had the honor of meeting my Kung Fu Uncle, Sifu Lohan. He shared a ton of stories about GM Pai, we did some training at the MMA gym he co-owns 3soteric Gym, and we ate lots of food! I hope to visit again soon. 👊🐉🐍

I had an amazing 4 days of training in Restorative Yoga this past week in Minneapolis at the conference. I learned a ton and have never been so relaxed! 🙏☯️🐍🧘‍♂️
