Summer Camp is quickly approaching, and deadlines are just around the corner. Please remember that the deadline to book your hotel room at the USAF discounted rate is June 17th.

Here is the tentative camp schedule, highlighting the classes taught by the USAF Technical Committee and special guest instructor Hayato Osawa Shihan, Aikikai Hombu Dojo. Classes taught by additional instructors, along with further updates, will be shared soon!

A Big Thank You to Western Maryland Aikikai for hosting yesterday’s seminar with Bob Poresky Sensei…and special guests Takeguchi Sensei and Friedl Sensei. We had a great day of aikido with great friends! Hope to see everyone soon!

I woke up this morning to the sad news of Berthiaume Sensei’s passing. From the beginning of my aikido journey, Sensei’s class was always..always…a favorite. Big throws, lots of weapons, with a dry witty sense of humor. He will be deeply missed.
