An eight-week program held every Saturday, from January - March in Waldorf, Maryland. This facility has proven to be the top in the Southern MD plus all the top coaches that return every year. Sessions start at 10 am & the final session ends at 2 pm. Each session will run 50-55 minutes. Call us now....
