Capital Clubhouse Southern Maryland’s ultimate recreation and sports complex, with an NHL sized ice rink, multi sport courts, and rock wall.

These venues are complimented by 8 locker rooms, 4 meeting/party rooms, concessions, and Exurb Fitness on the second floor. Southern Maryland’s ultimate recreational and sports complex, the Capital Clubhouse, is a 90,000 square foot year ‘round sports center for all ages.

Checking Clinic with Coach Antonio start in July!😎
This Intro To Checking clinic will provide your player with the fundamentals to understand the changes in game play that occur when "body contact" becomes "body checking."

Classes will take place on Wednesdays, 6-7pm, July 29th through August 12th.
