Congrats to our guy Joey Rodenhaver on signing to play baseball at the next level for United States Merchant Marine Academy. This school has a tough admissions process, requiring a congressional nomination letter to apply. Joeys been a great leader for our guys all season and we know big things are in his future. Big rivalry win for varsity! Earlier this year our guys took a tough loss to this team that we felt wasn’t reflective of our groups potential. Good way to respond and get the W the second time around. Proud coach! Next game is Wednesday at St. Charles.

Our guys have continued to fight all year. We’ve talked about improving our effort and urgency and it showed tonight. Both varsity and jv fought for 4qtrs to get the W’s on the road against La Plata. Good job Coach Derrell Reid
