Charlie joined Triploli Pool League on June 26th 2024 on League Operator Tami Lyn Sears' team. He has been with us ever since. Charlie has brought a passion to our team that is beyond compared. He fits his true "red head" determination to the table. He has a strong game & watching his improvement in the last 2 years has been great to see. He shoots strategically & thinks hard towards his next shot.

Charlie has been a part of BOTH 8 & 9 Ball APA , BCAPL Waldoboro Division, TAP & Sammis In House 10 Ball League. He as well shows up to alot of our independent cash tournaments. Charlie stood in as Captain of my team in Spring of 2025 while myself & team mate Chris Shoudy took a season off. In doing so, with Season Subs Dan Shay & Lance Lee, Charlie led the team to a Season Championship.

Charlie & his girlfriend, Natahsa enjoy their lives together with Natasha's sweet daughter, Charlie owns his own land service business and is a very hard worker. Charlie brings a good sense of humor to our team and we are very happy how we have settled in as a team.

Thank you, Charlie, for joining our League and for supporting the fundraisers we have had as well!!! We appreciate you!!!

In the latest round of the Tripoli Pool League, several teams have made significant strides while others have faced setbacks. The standout match of the day was between "Natural Disasters- Team #2" and "Wize Guyz~Team #5", with the former securing a decisive 53-22 victory. Key players for the Natural Disasters were Chris Shoudy, Tami-Lyn Sears, and Charles Hayes #118, each contributing three wins to their team's success. Despite this victory, the Natural Disasters dropped one position in the standings, moving from 8th to 9th place.

Another notable performance came from "Red Chalk-tober Team #9", who defeated "Nice Rack Team #7" with a score of 51-39. Roger Plourde's three wins were crucial in securing this victory. Red Chalk-tober's strong performance propelled them from 3rd to 1st place in the standings, showcasing their consistent form. Meanwhile, Nice Rack Team #7 experienced a significant drop, falling from the top spot to 4th place.

"The Skrewballs ~Team #8" had a successful day, winning two matches. They narrowly defeated "Ten~ Team #10" 42-41, with Doug Mazanec~ #106 and Mike Sloan~ #116 each securing two wins. Later, they dominated "Nice Rack Team #7" with a 53-33 scoreline. Doug Mazanec, Dennis Wadford #128, and Mike Sloan each recorded three wins in this match. These victories resulted in The Skrewballs climbing from 9th to 5th place, marking a notable improvement in their league standing.

"The Snipers~Team #1" also had mixed results. They secured a 49-36 win against "Crazy 8s~Team #6", thanks to solid performances from Dustin Upham~ #119, Justin Ward~ #129, and Les Crouse, each winning twice. However, they fell to "Wize Guyz~Team #5" with a 34-45 score. Despite the loss, The Snipers improved their position slightly, moving from 7th to 6th.

"Waldoboro Pirates~Team #4" had a successful run, winning both of their matches. They overcame "Waldoboro Assassins~Team #3" 44-40, with Scott Little leading the charge with three wins. They also edged out "Natural Disasters- Team #2" 42-38. These victories resulted in a significant leap in the standings, moving from 5th to 2nd place.

In contrast, "Crazy 8s~Team #6" experienced a mixed day. They lost to The Snipers but managed to secure a win against Red Chalk-tober, with Wes Greenros Jr. achieving three wins in their 44-40 victory. Despite this, they dropped from 2nd to 3rd place in the standings.

Finally, "Waldoboro Assassins~Team #3" and "Ten~ Team #10" ended their match in a 38-38 draw. Darryl Hutchins from the Assassins and Tim Feltis from Ten each contributed significantly with three and two wins, respectively. Both teams saw a decline in their standings, with the Assassins falling from 4th to 7th and Ten dropping from 6th to 8th.

Overall, the day's matches resulted in several shifts in the league standings, with Red Chalk-tober Team #9 and Waldoboro Pirates~Team #4 making notable climbs, while Nice Rack Team #7 and Waldoboro Assassins~Team #3 faced significant drops.

Doug Mazanec~6 Player #106 Team #8 The Skrewballs

Doug joined Triploli on June 27th 2018 by becoming a team mate to the team The Snipers led by League Operator Les Crouse. Doug had been a part of Maine Valley when he, his Son, Nate & Nate's Mom, Janice joined & League Operator Tami-Lyn Sears formed a team. Doug then joined Tami-Lyn's team with Nate and played for Tami-Lyn's 10 year tenure team, Mind Your Own Balls & Cues. Doug also has played APA and Sammi's In House 10 Ball League.

Doug was chosen by League Operator, Tami-Lyn, as Most Improved Player in 10 years when Les & Tami-Lyn threw a 10 Year Anniversary Tournament in 2024. Doug's son, Nate has an elite game of pool. With the years that father & son have been able to play Doug has elevated his game LEVELS by learning from Nate, his Maine Valley/BCAPL team, playing for Les at the start for a few years of his Triploli tenure and intense concentration and determination!!

Doug enjoys a good cook out with friends, floating on a lake whether it be in his boat fishing or floating on a float. He plays a pretty good game of co****le and enjoys time with people he cares most about.

In today's Triploli Pool League action, the Sammi's Entertainment In House League saw significant movement in team standings and standout performances from several players. Nice Rack Team #7 had a successful day, securing two victories. They first defeated Natural Disasters - Team #2 with a score of 51 to 36, thanks to strong performances by Penny Jewitt, Russ Foxx, and Devan Shay, who combined for eight wins. Later, they triumphed over The Snipers ~ Team #1 with a score of 52 to 28, with Alfred Lee, Russ Foxx, and Devan Shay each contributing three wins. These victories propelled Nice Rack Team #7 from third to first place in the standings.

Crazy 8s ~ Team #6 also had a noteworthy day, defeating Waldoboro Assassins ~ Team #3 with a score of 44 to 38 and Natural Disasters - Team #2 with a score of 48 to 37. Key players included Wes Greenros Sr., who secured four wins across both matches, and Jerome Hoffses, who also added four wins to his tally. Despite these successes, Crazy 8s ~ Team #6 dropped from first to second place in the standings.

Red Chalk-tober Team #9 made significant strides, winning against Ten ~ Team #10 with a score of 42 to 36, and The Skrewballs ~ Team #8 with a score of 50 to 29. Tom Gunderson was a standout performer with five wins, while Roger Plourde and Gunnar Gunderson contributed significantly to their team's victories. Waldoboro Assassins ~ Team #3 had a mixed day, losing to Crazy 8s ~ Team #6 but bouncing back with a dominant 53 to 23 victory over Wize Guyz ~ Team #5. Darryl Hutchins and Chris Merritt were instrumental in their victory, with Merritt achieving four wins. This performance elevated Waldoboro Assassins ~ Team #3 from eighth to fourth place.

Waldoboro Pirates ~ Team #4 experienced a win against Wize Guyz ~ Team #5, with a score of 47 to 33, and a loss to Ten ~ Team #10, with a score of 40 to 49. Scott Little and Millard Creamer were key contributors, helping their team climb from ninth to fifth place.

Ten ~ Team #10 secured a victory over Waldoboro Pirates ~ Team #4 but fell to Red Chalk-tober Team #9. Their mixed results caused a slight drop in the standings, moving from fifth to sixth place.

The Snipers ~ Team #1 and The Skrewballs ~ Team #8 faced challenging days, each suffering defeats in both of their matches. The Snipers ~ Team #1 maintained their seventh position, while The Skrewballs ~ Team #8 dropped from sixth to ninth place.

Natural Disasters - Team #2 struggled, losing both of their matches and consequently falling from second to eighth place. Wize Guyz ~ Team #5 remained in tenth place despite their efforts.
