Mission - Creating small meaningful experiences where people feel safe enough to soften & unfold. For more than 26 years, Patti (Prema) has shared the practices of Yoga and mindfulness with others, while drawing upon 30 years of experience in Occupational Therapy. These two paths have naturally woven together to shape a deeply personal approach to teaching—one that honors the whole person: body, breath, mind, and spirit. Patti's teaching is rooted in embodied Yoga. Rather than striving to achieve a particular shape, she invites each person to slow down, listen inward, and discover what their own body is asking for. Breath, mindful movement, restorative practices, meditation, sound, and traditional Yoga postures may all become doorways into greater awareness, ease, and inner stillness. Her classes and small-group experiences are gentle, functional, mindful, and trauma-informed, with space for curiosity, compassion, and each person's unique way of being. Credentials include:

The focus of each private and/or group class is to create an appropriate practice for each individual, based on their unique needs. Patti believes that Yoga is not something we need to perfect. One space remaining in my upcoming Women’s Yoga Retreat on Saturday, July 25. This day offers a gentle sanctuary to unplug and return to your natural rhythm through embodied and restorative yoga, a silent labyrinth walk, a crystal bowl sound journey, and a nourishing vegetarian lunch.

Friday morning Women’s Yoga Circle ~Gentle & Restorative Yoga~ series begins tomorrow morning.

We’ll gather for accessible movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and restorative practices designed to support relaxation, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

My prayer~As the New Year approaches, let us see one another with "Namaste eyes", let us share kindness, no matter differing views. Our world is a rich tapestry of humans who have had very different experiences. We all look different but are all created equal. Spread kindness with a smile, speak words of love, for every human has their own struggles, and we are all just doing the best we can. May we all be kind, loving, and compassionate. Remember also to Practice Self-Compassion, as being kind to yourself makes it easier to extend that grace to others.
When Albert Einstein asked Mahatma Gandhi the meaning of “Namaste,” Gandhi replied, “Namaste means I honor the place in you where the entire Universe resides in you. I honor the place in you where Light; Love, Truth, Peace, and wisdom reside in you. When I am in this place, and you are in that place, we are One. This place is the Heart. Autumn 🍁 Greetings Dear Yogini's!
I am happy to share that we have moved location to our home studio in Waldoboro with a name change to reflect that 💕Prema's Yoga Studio💕
I'm looking forward to seeing you November 6th for either or both ~ Women's Gentle Yoga @ 4pm & Women's Restorative Yoga w/ the melodic sounds of Crystal Bowls 5:45pm. Both classes are offered through CLC Adult Ed with the links below.
