Come by the gym for this special! For sale between now and 9/1/2023. This special is for 24/7 access members only. If you are a current member and wish to take advantage of this special, you must first make sure your membership is paid up to date as any specials purchased do not go into effect till 9/1/2023.

We will be changing our hours effective 7/31/2023 as follows:
-Monday and Wednesdays 8a-8p
-Tuesday and Thursdays 8a-as long as the physical therapy office is open (please call ahead of time to verify hours at 207-832-5544 ex. #1)
-Fridays 9a-6p
-Saturdays 9a-1p

The gym will be open to members during the above hours. Members with 24/7 access will continue to be able to come in whenever they choose. If you are interested in upgrading to 24/7, please come see TheGym or physical therapy staff to upgrade 👌🏻

TheGym is hiring another crew member! We are current seeking someone who is looking for approximately 12 hour per week with flexibility to work evenings Monday-Thursday, Fridays during the hours 8-8 and Saturday 8-2.
