This is our only non-holiday closing of the year, so we encourage everyone to take the week to relax, recharge, and enjoy the remainder of summer.

Cole Barnard took another win at CFFC 157 on Friday night’s main card. This was Cole’s 2nd Cage Fury MMA (CFFC) fight.

In the corner, I was working with teammates Sean Brady and Matt A who provided great input! Always an honor working with them and the rest of our Philly team .mma, in addition to our New York team which includes tremendous support from family and friends!
