As they grow together we can do more. This was focused stations for 1 minute work and 15 seconds to rotate. In the ring was at long range, the foreground inside work was body only and the 2nd station was body and head. We finished with all in the ring one back to ropes on all defense. This is to get confident in blocking, making them miss and turning off ropes. When we feel good about defense we can better execute offense. I am proud of these guys. Everybody has grown a lot.

I will not be teaching the Sunday classes today Defensive Edge Martial Arts Center, Wakefield MA . I will be getting back later than expected from Maine. We will get back on track in a few weeks after the 5k too.
