Double down captain and crew wishes everyone a happy New Year. 12/31 Friday was last day of Tog season and Sea Bass. we finished our trips with fullboat limit of black fish, good amount of sea bass and Cod. Thursday we had Captain James and Crew from soundbound fleet. They fished hard and rewarded with limit of seabass and fluke to 11 pounds. Jason was the high hook and biggest fish with his custom made rig. Every trip we're seeing doormats and knucklehead seabass.

Fluke fishing has been up-and-down like a rollercoaster. some days everybody got their limits by morning, and other days they're just a handful of keepers by end of the days, but we're seen jumbo Fluke every trip. the highlight of the week was "DJ", A 9 year old kid from New York. he was a high hook on fluke and sea bass on Saturday with 2nd biggest fluke for that day. "the kid is natural"
