ce the age of 2 and started doing my own dance choreography in the 4th grade, entering competitions and winning on my own. Again, this is what I do. As a dance major in college, I received honorable recommendation and won the "Miss Supersensational" award. After college, I opened CATTS, ATC personal training and competed and performed in Arizona and Dallas. I enjoy helping people become better athletes, people, teammates and just all around lead a healthy and better lifestyle. This comes to me naturally through creating fitness and exercise programs. I created boxing 101 in 1999 and it has grown into Boxing 1, 2, 3 and 4 for college credit at Kansas State. Making up exercises and workouts, creating new and exciting ways to make your body go through motions that will increase your athletic abilities, increase your strength and power, agility, hand-eye coordination, speed, core strength and stamina comes easy to me. My mind never stops. I am creating all of the time. Creating ways for everyone to do abs, everyone! The best part about my program is that you will NEVER be bored. You will ALWAYS be doing something new. You will NEVER find my workouts in any other place or by any other person. THEY ARE 100% CREATED BY ME. All KO Calls, KO exercises, KO drills, KO abs, KO workouts...all came from my head and will continue to come from my head, as I love to create for YOU! You are #1. You do not need to know how I workout, what I do or how I do it. What you do need to know is that, I do what I do for you.........
