Looking back at this first clip, I can't help but to reminisce about the beginning in 2015 as Immortals Fight Club with my partner Chris PIccione . The original Tyler Durdens of Wake Forest š« š§¼
We started under chicken lights, holding onto a dream that almost nobody believed in, but we did.
There were struggles. Long days. Doubts. And then starting over in 2020š·š· . I pushed myself through it all, and now we have Inmortales MMA.
When I look at where this gym started compared to where it is today, I'm reminded that this was never just about creating CHAMPIONS in the ring. It was always about creating CHAMPIONS IN LIFE.
For some people, Muay-Thai is just a sport. For me, it's been a way to help people build confidence, find discipline, treat others with respect, protect the people they love, and become better versions of themselves. Those are the CHAMPIONS I care about most.
Now it's 2026, and I look around at this gym, my loyal students, this incredible community, and even my son growing up in it. It is all bigger than fighting; it's creating futures.
The second clip says it all. From chicken lights... to what feels like my own Taj Mahal. Progress won't happen overnight, but it happens when you refuse to quit. Five years from now, God Willing I'll still be coaching, still teaching discipline. Still helping kids and adults become stronger, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
Muay-Thai didn't just change my life. It became my purpose.
