Tomorrow is the BIG day!

Join the Wake Forest Police Department for their 2026 WFPD Touch-A-Truck fundraiser for Special Olympics NC on Saturday, Aug. 29, from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at The Factory, 1839 S. Main St.

The cost is $5 per person and $20 per family of any size. All proceeds will benefit Special Olympics of NC.

Kick off the school year on Saturday at Lonerider!

🚒 The Wake Forest Fire Department is joining us for Kick Off the School Year! 🚒

Bring the whole family out on Saturday, August 29th from 3–7 PM for an afternoon of fun at Lonerider Wake Forest! The firetruck will be stopping by from approximately 3–4:30 PM, giving the kids a chance to check it out up close. 🚒❤️
