🍭✨ MEET MS. HALLIE! ✨🍭

Finishing up our Season 39 staff spotlights is the one who gets to call TDA not only her job, but truly one of the greatest loves of her life. 💕 Ms. Hallie started dancing at TDA in 2004, began teaching full-time in 2017, and now has the incredible privilege of serving as Studio Director, helping lead the place that helped shape so much of who she is today. More than the classes, choreography, costumes, competitions, recitals, schedules and ALL the things that happen behind the scenes, what makes TDA so special to Ms. Hallie is the people.

Our dancers. Our families. Our staff. Our alumni. The generations who have called these studio walls home. And the incredible Wake Forest community that has supported TDA for nearly four decades.

TDA has never been just a dance studio. It’s a place where kids grow up, friendships are made, confidence is built, families become family, and memories are created that stretch far beyond dance. Getting to continue building that community while honoring everything TDA is something Ms. Hallie is incredibly proud of.

And as we head into Season 39, her advice to our dancers says it best: 🍬 Believe in yourself. Work hard. Enjoy every moment. Trust the process. Be proud of how far you’ve come and never lose the joy that made you love dancing in the first place. 🍬

Here’s to another SWEET season of doing what we love, with the people we love, in the community we are so proud to call home. 🍭🩷

🍭✨ MEET HEATHER! ✨🍭

If you’ve been around TDA, chances are you already know and love Ms. Heather! 🧡 And after 22 YEARS with TDA, it’s pretty safe to say she’s part of the heartbeat of the studio. As a TDA Instructor + Company Director, Heather brings so much more than dance into the studio. She’s so bright and her energy lights up every room. Heather cares deeply about helping every dancer find their own style, confidence, and place at TDA.

One of our favorite things about Ms. Heather? She truly believes there is a place for everyone... whether you’re here to grow, succeed, make friends, work hard, have fun, or simply feel confident being YOU. 💕

And perhaps the most important piece of advice she could give our dancers… ✨ NOTHING IS EMBARRASSING. ✨

We are so lucky to have her leadership, creativity, humor, and heart continuing to shape another generation of TDA dancers.

🍭✨ SHE’S BACK! MEET MAC! ✨🍭

If you know TDA, you know Mac... and we are SO excited to have her back bringing that same energy, heart, and talent that she always does! Mac has been part of the TDA family for 13 years, and this season marks her 3rd year choreographing with us and 1st year as a full time staff member! From growing up inside these studio walls to now pouring into the next generation of TDA dancers, Mac is such a special part of The Dance Attic. Outgoing. Honest. Proactive. And ALWAYS ready to bring the energy! ⚡️

We love what Mac shared about TDA being her “home away from home” and her advice to our dancers: Make the most of your time here... there are so many valuable life lessons!

We couldn’t agree more.

🍭 Another fresh face on the TDA faculty… MEET MS. ELISE! 🍭

We are SO excited to officially welcome Ms. Elise to The Dance Attic for her first season with us! With over 18 years of dance experience and now heading into her 5th season of teaching, Elise is bringing so much fresh energy, creativity, and passion into TDA. Her training spans Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre, and more, and we already know our dancers are going to benefit from everything she has to share! We are so excited for our TDA families to get to know this new face and for Ms. Elise to become part of all the sweetness that makes this place so special.
