The Chattanooga Ironman is under way. Great to see so many faces I recognize from the last two days of working the expo.
Impressive to see Wake Forest locals competing. John Austin and Joe Talerico just came past me.

Spoke Cycles is on the road!!!!

I’m very happy to be in Tennessee as part of the IronMan Mechanic team in association with “PlayTri”.
I’m down in Chattanooga, TN for my first event where the weather is beautiful, and the work colleagues are funny very talented.

This is bicycle mechanics heaven😉

Looking forward to working many more!!

Sorry for the lack of FB Posts.
As I’m sure you are aware, the bicycle business is working over-time during the pandemic.
That said I’ve wanted to make a post to keep all the customers of Spoke Cycles happy, and engaged. I’m sure you are completely fed up with the typical sales advertisements, and let’s be honest; if you need maintenance your gonna go get maintenance 😉
Well, I’ve had many comments on my T shirts, and several suggestions to start a shop T-shirt diary.
Not my sugggestion so don’t shoot the messenger😬
This week we will roll out one of my all time favorites.
T-Rex on a bike!!!!

Also, we have many specialized tools in the bicycle industry. Highlighted this week is the Park Tool TW-6.2 Torque wrench. Many parts on bicycles have a specific tension(torque) they should be correctly tighten too. This is a must for all Certified Bike Mechanics.
