Liza has spent 1,094 days waiting for someone to choose her, but she’s never stopped hoping.

This 5-year-old sweetheart loves to stay active and would make the perfect adventure buddy. Whether it’s morning walks, hiking your favorite trails, exploring new places, or keeping you motivated to get outside, Liza is always ready to go. And after a full day? She’s more than happy to trade the workout for cuddles on the couch.

Thanks to our friends at Red Dog Strong, we’re showing off one of Liza’s favorite things—living an active lifestyle! 💪🐕

Hosting Puppy Yoga with Paws At Play and Paws for Life reminded us why community matters. Movement brought us together. Rescue gave it purpose.
