I get it because I've been there.
For years, I chased every new program, every fitness trend, and every "guaranteed" solution that promised incredible results. I watched influencers show off their abs, expensive cars, and picture-perfect lifestyles while selling the latest shortcut to success.
I tried more programs than I care to admit, but I kept running into the same wall.
The truth is, most of those programs weren't built for people like me.
They weren't built for someone juggling work, responsibilities, stress, family obligations, injuries, or decades of bad habits. They weren't built for someone trying to improve their health after years of putting everyone else first.
Eventually, I got tired of spinning my wheels.
So I decided to learn how to do it the right way.
I earned my certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Physique & Bodybuilding Coaching. I committed to the process, stayed consistent in the gym, cleaned up my nutrition, and learned from coaches and mentors who had already overcome the same challenges I was facing.
Most importantly, I learned that lasting results don't come from extreme diets, endless cardio, or miracle programs.
They come from structure, consistency, accountability, and a plan you can actually follow for the long haul.
As of today, I've been helping clients at GYM:30 in Wake Forest for two years. I was honored to be named Wake Weekly's Best Personal Trainer in Wake Forest for 2025, but what matters most to me isn't an award.
It's helping people make the same changes that transformed my own life.
I know what it's like to struggle with obesity, Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, low confidence, and feeling like you've lost control of your health.
That's why I created my online coaching program.
