Imagine it's 60 days from now.

You wake up and your clothes fit better.
Your energy is higher.
Your joints don't ache as much.
You're stronger than you were two months ago.
Your blood pressure is improving.
You're sleeping better.
You aren't staring in the mirror wondering why nothing ever changes because this time you actually stuck with the plan.
That's what most people are really after.

Are you over 40 and trying to reclaim your health and fitness?

Are you tired of seeing 18-24 year old fitness influencers with perfect genetics, peak metabolisms, and six-pack abs telling you they have the secret to fixing your body?

Do you already have a gym membership, a home gym, or access to equipment, but still struggle with consistency, structure, and accountability?

I get it because I've been there.

For years, I chased every new program, every fitness trend, and every "guaranteed" solution that promised incredible results. I watched influencers show off their abs, expensive cars, and picture-perfect lifestyles while selling the latest shortcut to success.

I tried more programs than I care to admit, but I kept running into the same wall.

The truth is, most of those programs weren't built for people like me.

They weren't built for someone juggling work, responsibilities, stress, family obligations, injuries, or decades of bad habits. They weren't built for someone trying to improve their health after years of putting everyone else first.

Eventually, I got tired of spinning my wheels.

So I decided to learn how to do it the right way.

I earned my certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Physique & Bodybuilding Coaching. I committed to the process, stayed consistent in the gym, cleaned up my nutrition, and learned from coaches and mentors who had already overcome the same challenges I was facing.

Most importantly, I learned that lasting results don't come from extreme diets, endless cardio, or miracle programs.

They come from structure, consistency, accountability, and a plan you can actually follow for the long haul.

As of today, I've been helping clients at GYM:30 in Wake Forest for two years. I was honored to be named Wake Weekly's Best Personal Trainer in Wake Forest for 2025, but what matters most to me isn't an award.

It's helping people make the same changes that transformed my own life.

I know what it's like to struggle with obesity, Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, low confidence, and feeling like you've lost control of your health.

That's why I created my online coaching program.

If you have the equipment and the desire to change, but lack the routine, structure, and accountability to make it happen, I'd love to help.

We have an amazing opportunity at GYM:30 for youth ages 10 to 17!

Join our fully coached and engaging sessions where they will learn the fundamentals and benefits of strength training from Wake Weekly’s 2025 voted best Personal Coach and best Gym/Fitness center.

Whether your youth is an athlete wanting to improve strength to achieve better performance in their sport or not athletic but want to learn the basics and benefits of strength training, all are welcome; all they need is enthusiasm and the want to improve!

Current Session Times Available:
- Monday to Friday:6 PM - 7 PM (1-2 spots available)

- New Wednesday & Saturday Sessions: 11 AM on Wednesdays and 9:30 AM on Saturdays (4 spots available )

In these sessions, your youth will:
- Learn key movement patterns
- Learn how to lift correctly with proper form

If you’ve ever wanted to check out what Gym:30’s Outdoor Athletics Academy is all about now is a great opportunity.
Town & Country is holding an event this morning and I’m holding a free mini Boot Camp for anyone interested in coming and hitting my 12 minute course.
It will be running from 9am to about noon as Town & Country hosts different vendors from around Wake Forest.

💪 Arm Day Vibes🌟

60 days of summer shredding is in full swing here at GYM:30, and today was a powerhouse arm workout! 💥
Here’s how I work those biceps and triceps:

1. Kneeling Rope Tricep Extensions: 4 sets of 15 reps. Focused on blood flow and that sweet pump! 🔥

2. JM Press: strength focus, 5 sets total – 2 warm-ups and 3 working sets to failure. Starting with 12 reps and pushing it on those last three! 💪

3. Superset Time!🚀
Standing Overhead Rope Extensions - paired with Kneeling Cable Crunches: 4 sets of 15 reps each. Talk about a burn!

4. Alternating Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 5 sets, 15 reps each. Gotta love that muscle definition! 💥

5. Light it up with a Cable Bayesian Bicep Curl superset with Kneeling Cable Crunches: 4 sets of 15 reps each. Feeling the sweat! 😅

6. Finish strong with Cable Straight Bar High Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 15 reps to wrap up the day. Keeping the rest under 60 seconds for that extra challenge! ⏱️
