Sometimes you need to treat yourself to something sweet. I was craving something coconutty. Was trying to make a coconut guilt free loaf cake. This actually turn out just as good as I thought. Looks like butter mochi or bibinka but has no butter no sugar. The recipe is in my head. I tend to experiment and tweek things around. Just to making it perfect.
You can find ways to eat healthy and still enjoy the foods you like. Just make the adjustments and really enjoy what you make.
