Yesss!!! Lean in….to find things to celebrate, even during a pandemic, stormy ⛈ times, power outages, etc. Reach for it!!! Find some joy. Look for little bits of it. Don’t feel guilty about feeling good. It adds to your resilience & inspires others, even those in pain. No amount of you suffering, will help all the suffering around you.

What we’re all slogging thru right now, with the world in this limbo state, can be a challenge. But the choice is up to you.

Does perfection need to be released, or the way you thought things should go? This can strengthen you in the long-run. You got this!!!! If you need support, reach out.

What are you most likely to pay attention to IF you spend your time thinking about why you are not good enough or smart enough? You’ll actually be looking for evidence to prove it, & will filter out whatever doesn’t support that belief.

So imagine flipping that script & instead visualizing yourself in the moment of accomplishment, feeling confident. You would now have given your brain 🧠 instructions to find evidence to support that vision, which can create success.

Since you’re going to be thinking 🤔 anyways, which thoughts do you want to choose?

Can you relate to this? ‘I’m here. I’m alive…but not fully!’ Do you find yourself checked out at times in your relationship? Or just going thru the motions at work? Do you dread waking up each day? Or feel bored no matter what you do? If so, you’re not alone, & it makes sense that you wouldn’t feel inspired from that spot, to create healthy habits.

Maybe start small, by just noticing what ‘not agreeing to be here’ feels like in your nervous system so you’re already starting to feel more in tune with yourself & this phase of your life.

Do you wake up obsessing about your body or weight, instead of what you have to offer to others, or the world?

Life is all about growth, & it happens much easier if we detox our thoughts & beliefs. If we have toxic beliefs around our body, life & nutrition, it acts like a virus that’ll pe*****te & take over our mental space.

Here’s one example of a viral toxic thought: “I’ll be happy when I lose weight.”…….read the rest in my blog (link in bio), for 8 more examples AND a way to liberate yourself today.
