Once again Taylor and I are riding 545 miles from San Francisco to LA to raise money for The San Francisco AIDS foundation and the Los Angeles LGBTQ Resource Center. I can’t say enough about the work these organizations do.

As Thanksgiving approaches, I think of the LGBT+ youth and adults who are less fortunate than I. Those who struggle with homelessness, addiction unemployment or abandonment, many who also struggle with HIV/AIDS. Thankfully there is the San Francisco Aids Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBTQA+ Resource Center
I’ll be working throughout the year to support the life-saving services offered by these two wonderful organizations.
The services provided as a result of my fundraising efforts include STI and HIV screenings and counseling, linking youth experiencing homelessness and people living with HIV to housing, and many other services that support the LGBTQA+ community. By supporting this cause, you take a stand against stigma and help to save lives, creating a world where health justice is a reality for everyone.
These services mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me.

It’s been a while since I ran a half marathon. Rim Rock half was awesome. Set a goal for 1:45 and beat it by 15 sec. Good enough for 3rd in my AG. Dragged .taylor with me and he got nice PR. Beat me by over 10 min!! All in all a great day!
