I know a bunch of you are out there feening for some Jiu Jitsu. Well, so am I, so I decided to do what I can to train at my home. Check out the latest post where I go through converting my garage into a home gym!

Given the current state of the world, there's not a much better excuse to get yourself set up to do some training at your house. A Jiu Jitsu home gym is exactly what you need!

Happy Veteran's Day everyone! Past and present, we support the troops 100%!
This was the finals day of the 2010 Fort Carson Combatives tournament. Just entered to get my Battalion guys more into combatives, and one of my guys got 3rd and I won the whole thing! Made for a great last few months of my military career.
Also been great to see a big chunk of these guys continue with Jiu Jitsu! Great group of guys and veterans! Some are still serving! Thanks guys!
