Hey everyone. I miss you all. It will be a few more weeks before I’m cleared to come back to teaching. I’m getting better every day but until all my labs get back to normal my doctor has not cleared me to go back to teaching yet. I’ll keep everyone updated and can’t wait to get back into the studio with you lovely yogis!

We won’t have classes this weekend as I’m still recovering and feeling weak. Classes will return as soon as I’m capable though. Missing all of my yogis and thank you all for your support during this time.

Hey everyone. There will be no class this Saturday nor on Monday. I will probably be at the VA for a few more days for observation and until my labs are normal or within range again. Thank you everyone for the thoughts and vibes. I can’t wait to be out and back to yoga soon!

What a wonderful class today. All my eagle yogis flew high and such a wonderful savasana with a little tuning fork energy cleansing to top it all off.
